Ursula Schoeneich,
President & CEO
Ursula has 25 years of corporate
business management. As the original founder of freerecycling.com,
LLC Ursula has employed her extensive experience in concept
management and innovative product design accumulated as a controller
of technologies and recycling companies. She has worked in
leadership positions where she developed cutting edge strategies for
creating, organizing and operating departments from the ground up.
Ursula has served as CFO in Europe and helped build up an
International company within the recycling industry for one of the
largest public owned companies, REO-RWE s.r.o. in the Czech
Republic.

Alwin Morgenstern, COO
Biography
Alwin Morgenstern is a 25 year expert in the Recycling Industry,
currently serving as Chief Operating Office of freerecycling.com, a
recycling and engineering company he co-founded in June 2003.
freerecycling.com is highly
specialized
in printer cartridge, plastic,
and cell phone recycling. freerecycling.com pioneered nationwide
recycling logistic networks, and is currently serving over 18,000 Customers nationwide.
Morgenstern was responsible for the development and execution of trade
show management for the First European Cartridge Recycling Show R&R
Europe (April 1993), Frankfurt Germany.
Prior to forming freerecycling.com Morgenstern developed, set up and ran
the first European toner printer cartridge collection system in Germany
with over 8,000 participating companies.
For five years Morgenstern served as CEO for a subsidiary of the largest
German based RWE Entsorgung AG waste management company, in the Czech
Republic. In this role, Morgenstern was responsible for bringing on-line
a newly constructed processing center for toner recycling and resin
recovery. Additionally he established the center as the European
headquarters.
Morgenstern has traveled to 37 countries and is known internationally as
an expert in recycling and collection systems, especially for printer
consumables and cell phones. Beside his passion for recycling and
recovery of raw material Morgenstern excels at taking highly challenging
projects (with complete IT integration requirements) from “scratch” to
“up-and-running” in short order.
Morgenstern received a Master of Science degree in Engineering and
Organization from the Aachen University (Aachen, Germany).
